My Favourite Room
Annette talks about the kitchen in her home at Watson, out on the Nullarbor Plain, in 1967. Annette moved there as a 16 year old bride.
Watson is where the red line starts denoting the Trans uUstralia Railway starts to level out. Annette's house was the sixth one along, second from the end.

Could the memories of that time being that happiest come from the closeness of the women in the camp meeting in your kitchen where discussing "everyday things" would have established close friendships? Interesting place, Watson.
